Pretty cupcakes

So, we've all been in the dilemma of trying to make out food look more presentable. Well there alot of really easy tips to make your dishes look like you took alot more time on them than you actually did. Let's face it, we're not famous chefs but hey no one has to know that. So my little sister wanted some cupcakes for her birthday and me and my mom were trying to look up all these crazy things to do with cupcakes and found alot of really cool and easy tips:)

Owl cupcakes

All ya need is a few oreos and some M&Ms and chocolate frosting. Open up the oreos and get the ones with all the icing on them and lay both sides down with the icing facing up. After that you need to take an M&M and lay it sideways between the two oreos. Now finally, put a black candy M&M on the white Art of the icing for the eyeballs. Not alot of effort and they look so cute afterwards. Perfect for any birthdays close to the Halloween season.

Cookie Monster cupcakes

  1. Spoon a dollop of blue icing on the cupcake and smooth evenly with a knife or offset spatula.
  2. Dip cupcake in blue coconut, making sure it is evenly covered.
  3. To make the mouth, cut a line across the bottom third of the cupcake and use the knife to spread the edges a bit. Insert half a cookie into the mouth and smooth the icing around it, so that the cookie doesn’t fall out.
  4. Melt the chocolate and spoon it into a plastic bag. Cut a small tip off one of the corners and pipe little pupils onto the white chocolate buttons. Make sure the dark chocolate spots are set before touching. Smear a dollop of icing on the back of the button and position on the cupcake.
So cute!!!!
