Power Foods



So at any given time there is 1 in 3 women and 1 in 5 men that are on a diet. There are so many foods that people are eating just becasue they are low on calories and they "look" healthy. So im gonna start a weekly power food post and show all us dieting freaks what exactly is good for the body.

Power food #1 :)

Pomergranates..
These little apple sized fruits are basically a pharmacy within itsself. They can either be reddish purple or a yellowish orange color. The seeds in them are packed full of antioxidants that help you maintain your energy. The health benefits from these guys are practically endless but heres a few things that pomergranates can help that maybe you didnt know.
