Chef profile :)

Robert William Flay is a known American celebrity chef, restaurant owner, and reality television star. He is the owner of 12 restatuants all across the country. Born December 10th, 1964 in New York, food immediately called out to him. Although a amazing chef, Bobby had dropped out of high school at the age of 17 and decided to get a job working at a pizza parlor and then eventually at Baskin Robins. Flay then decided to attend the French Culinary Institute and graduated in 1984. 

The beginning of his career was marked by him working as a sous chef. After aquiring all the needed culinary arts he became the executive chef at the Brighton Grill on Third Avenue. This where he truly learing anything and everything there was to know about cooking. Later on he had partnered up with the amazing chef Jerome Kretchmer to open up Bobbys first restaurant Mesa Grill.  He now operated the Mesa Grill in three different locations.
